+ An exciting opportunity exists to join our Medical Affairs Department as a Medical Manager . In this role the main objective will be to maximize the value proposition and help shape the market for Seqirus Vaccine portfolio. You will be a high performing integral business partner valued for medical excellence and integrity. By investing in relationships and through your knowledge, expertise and insights, you will enhance Seqirus’ reputation and success in order to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.In this role you will develop and maintain a full understanding of your designated therapy area in order to communicate and discuss the depth of science behind Seqirus’ products in order to facilitate uptake and the quality use of our medicines. You will be a proactive contributor, working closely with the Brand Team to develop strategic medical, scientific and relationship management plans that align with business objectives.You will also be responsible for:

+ Serving as medical consultant and supporting commercial, marketing and sales organizations

+ Ensuring medical activities related to the company’s products are compliant.

+ Ensuring proper information dissemination, documentation, labeling and review of promotional materials for marketed products in compliance with corporate policies and the code of responsible business practice and government/industry regulations

+ Plan and execute Scientific Advisory Board meetings to ensure knowledge transfer and foster key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, ensuring scientific understanding and building appropriate advocacy;

+ Disseminating knowledge and sharing information as appropriate (within compliance guidelines) including through internal and external presentations.

+ Facilitating consideration of proposals for collaborative and investigator initiated studies as well as speaker development and involvement;

+ Actively participating in Scientific and Medical symposia and assisting with development of Seqirus sponsored programs.•

We are looking for an experienced professional with a history of success within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry who holds a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as medicine, pharmacology, pharmacy, immunology with a PhD in a relevant field would be highly regarded). As this role requires you to have effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, you will need to be able to demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills, an ability to leverage scientific and medical knowledge, be self-motivated, work independently and have sound negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.

+ Sound and proven knowledge of the Medicines Australia (MA )Code of conduct is essential .
