We currently have an opportunity within our **Marketing** division for a **Marketing Manager** in our **Joint Replacement and Robotics** portfolio based in our Sydney Head Office;

**Specific responsibilities include:**

+ Driving market activity for existing products and new lines, including developing and measuring promotional campaigns

+ Developing strong relationships with the sales force to gain alignment to the direction and opportunities identified through marketing plans.

+ Develop programs to enhance product knowledge, provide appropriate technical support and training and assist in creating business opportunities whilst undertaking joint customer visits.

+ Provide direction, leadership and support to direct reports and ensure functions are carried out to a high standard and to strategic objectives

+ Monitoring the dynamics of the market and assessing the influence of marketing strategies on the customer base

+ Identifying new marketing sales and product development opportunities

+ Capacity to assimilate medical technology and analyse and interpret clinical statistical data and marketing data relating to product portfolio and/or the industry

+ Demonstrated leadership in program and project management

+ Capacity to assimilate medical technology and analyse and interpret clinical statistical data and marketing data relating to product portfolio and/or the industry

+ Strong technical product knowledge and ability to train and educate internal and external (surgeon) stakeholders
