**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**What will I do?**

Work in a fast-paced customer support environment. Work both individually and as part of a highly motivated WW L2 Support team to assist IBM customers to perform problem determination/problem source identification on the IBM Spectrum Protect product set. Debugging and analysis are performed via the telephone as well as electronically.

**What skills and experience will I need?**

+ Minimum 8 years external customer support enterprise environments

+ Spectrum Protect (TSM) design, support, test or admin

+ Storage Admin, SAN admin or database admin

**What Preferred skills and experience will be advatageous?**

+ Focus on storage area networks (SAN), network protocols,Cloud

+ Hands-on experience with storage virtualization is a plus

+ Multilingual capabilities are preferred
