Your Mission:

We are looking for an Investor Relations (IR) Coordinator to join our growing team based in Australia to drive the IR strategy for LiveTiles. This opportunity is currently a part-time position with flexible hours and working conditions.

Position Overview:

The Investor Relations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in leading the management, development, coordination, and communication of investor relations activities at LiveTiles.

The Investor Relations Coordinator will produce and deliver effective two-way financial communication between the company and the investment community. The position will provide corporate finance and marketing activity communication to existing and potential investors via an accurate portrayal of the Company?s performance and prospects. This will be a highly visible position for an individual who demonstrates strategic and analytic thinking, confidence, financial acumen, creativity, effective communication skills and collaboration. Reporting to the CEO, the Investor Relations Coordinator will be the Company?s primary point of contact for members of the financial community, including institutional investors and security analysts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the primary spokesperson for the Company by communicating the Company?s financial and operational performance and business outlook to current and potential investors;

+ Manage the Company?s relationships with institutional investors by providing clear, accurate and confident communications;

+ Responsible for coordinating, creating and delivering all investor relations materials, including earnings releases, ASX announcements, investor conferences and investor roadshows;

+ Provide feedback and insight to senior and operations management on investor sentiment and industry conditions;

+ Analyze reports prepared by the investment community concerning LiveTiles and comparable companies and provide competitive intelligence to senior management.

Additional Skills and Abilities:

+ Ability to communicate business strategies and complex financial information clearly and accurately to a variety of audiences both orally and through written material

+ Knowledge or expertise in SaaS market and valuation

+ Proven ability to create and analyze financial models to analyze company performance relative to analyst and investor models and to effectively position the Company among its competitors

+ Collaborate effectively with senior management to ensure the effective, accurate and efficient two-way flow of information

+ Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be self?motivated and a self?starter with excellent time management skills

+ High degree of independent judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;

+ Ability to work in a fast?paced environment with flexible work hours as needed to meet tight deadlines;

+ At least 3 years of experience in similar role
