1: Responsibilities*

Convert business logic/requirements to automations

Identify Robotic Process Automation opportunity within business processes

Clearly extract all requirements from process SMEs to finalise solution

Create and size user stories

Design the solution based on functional and non-functional requirements

Complete Documentation namely PDD,SDD, FRQs, Test plans and Operational Impact Documents

Build and test the automation

Deploy RPA code to QA / Perf and Prod

2: Professional Experience*

6 Years of IT experience

Blueprism/Automation Anywhere Experience – 4 years

Pega Developer Experience – 2 years

3: Skills and Expertise

Certification in at least one of these RPA tools essential, certification in two or more highly desirable

.net certification is a plus

Professional Developer Certification in both Blueprism and Automation Anywhere (Pega preferred)

Understanding of Windows/Web/Java app integration with Blueprism and Automation Anywhere

Understanding of Coding standards for Blueprism, Automation Anywhere and Pega

Process Mapping skills

Experience in Surface Automation and Mainframe development using Blueprism

Experience in using mouse clicks in difficult environments

Good handle of control room and queue/workflow management

Good handle of credential management through control room

Good handle of modularization of code i.e. building objects for reuse

Good handle of creating code (VBA, Python, Java) outside of automation tools and integrating them
