Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Intelligence Analyst II to utilize a wide variety of specialized electronic equipment for the planning, creation, and maintenance of planning packages that facilitate the daily scheduled allocation of mission resources in direct support of local and global customer intelligence data products.


+ Operate a variety of electronic equipment integrated into a single console or part of an overall system.

+ Perform operational verification of assigned systems and data products.

+ Work frequently with technical specialists on the analysis of problems or in the development of operating procedures.

+ Populate and perform data entry & updates to product databases.

+ Prepare and generate technical intelligence data product reports.

+ Create and manipulate software command files.

+ Provide quick, on-line technical assistance to senior operations and customer personnel.

+ Maintain data logs and conduct product reviews.

+ Directly liaise between customers on technical matters affecting operations execution.

Required Skills:

+ Must be able to distinguish the difference between red, blue, and green colors on a computer monitor, wear headsets to sustain communication and awareness with team members, and be able to sit and maintain focus for extended periods of time with adequate rest and meal breaks.

+ Requires experience creating, planning, and maintaining software packages.

+ Requires experience assisting in the facilitation of the allocation of resources.

+ Requires experience troubleshooting technical problems.

+ Must possess strong verbal communication skills; with experience interacting with multiple disciplines to include engineering, operations and the customers to ensure optimal work strategies are collaborated, understood and adhered to.

+ Must possess strong prioritization and attention to detail skill sets.

+ Prior experience in resource management

+ Ability to rapidly solve problems and issues in the absence of established guidance material

+ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to include negotiating, liaison, networking and collaboration.

+ Experienced in participating and effectively contributing in a highly-collaborative team environment.

+ Experienced making decisions and remaining calm under pressure.

+ Experienced working independently in direct support of customers with minimal supervision.

+ Experienced controlling work data flow in a disciplined and methodical manner.

+ Demonstrated teaming abilities, attention to detail, and a sustained performance record

+ Prior military or professional experience in a technical field is a plus.

Education & Experience:

+ Requires practical knowledge of job area. Typically requires a related University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Hours & Duration:

+ This position is performed on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule; rotating between 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off – to include working subsequent days, nights, weekends, and holidays aligned with the shift team schedule.

+ This position is a two-year tour, with multiple tours possible based on performance and contract availability.

+ Qualified Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for program access to classified information, which are:

+ An active TS/SCI Security Clearance and C.I. Polygraph with U.S. Citizenship;
