**Job Details**

The Salesforce Maps Implementation Consultant serves as a hands-on advisor, using strong interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of the customer’s business to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce Maps. They are proficient at analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options and choosing appropriate courses of action. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will handle all aspects of the post-sale Services engagement and manage a portfolio of projects that will vary in size, complexity, industry, and use-case.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Handle all post-sale activities related to Salesforce Maps Jump Start and custom services engagements

+ Assist and advise customers in their needs related to implementing and deploying their Salesforce Maps application to meet business needs, which can include configuration assistance, project implementation/deployment guidance, and advising on the latest Salesforce Maps best practices

+ As required, configure various aspects of the Salesforce Maps application to meet customer needs

+ Advise on ways to expand Salesforce Maps into various business processes by leveraging standard Salesforce functionality

+ Effectively train customers on Salesforce Maps product features to ensure continued success post-engagement

+ Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution

+ Advise diverse teams, which can include customers and their partner resources

+ Proactively search for ways to positively impact your customers’ success

+ Support the Trusted Advisor reputation of Salesforce and contribute to the customers’ high expectation and satisfaction

+ Become a Salesforce Maps subject matter expert

+ Actively leverage and contribute to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community

**Experience/Skills Required:**

+ 3+ years of Salesforce solution design or technical implementation experience

+ Salesforce certified in 3 of the following certifications Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and/or Platform App Builder

+ Project management experience, including the creation of project plans, project schedules and associated project materials

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Customer engagement/facilitation skills

+ Proven ability to analyze, design, and/or optimize functional or technical requirements

+ Support customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying the Salesforce Maps application

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

+ Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

+ Occasional travel to client site (up to 25%), but maybe higher or lower based on the client engagement

+ Track record of executing projects from start to finish with a strong prioritization and time management POV

+ Program management experience managing multiple projects varying in size at one time

Salary Range: $90-$200k
