**About you**

You will be responsible for

establishing strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with our

customers, working with our global teams to implement the right solution for

our customers enabling their successful adoption of our products and services.

You will inspire the client to see the journey ahead of them and while they may

only look to implement a part of the winning solution, you will help the team

establish a pathway to expand on a client’s Oracle footprint. You will

bring in strong domain knowledge in key focus industries including in addition

to your knowledge of HCM Business Applications. A critical part of

the role will also involve leading the delivery of the HCM implementations to

ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefit realisations

are achieved.

You will bring high levels of energy

and creativity to come up with the best solution for a client and communicate

these ideas to the team. You can present and inspire the client to see

the vision you are putting forward. You have done this before in prior roles,

particularly in Oracle HCM Cloud and have designed numerous solutions

for clients which have seen a successful outcome. Some travel may be

required in the role as our clients could be anywhere in Australia or New

Zealand. Preferably you are an Australian citizen.

professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best

practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology

family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an

engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent

judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer

needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in

order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on

moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and

implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated

software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team

lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills

of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer

organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and

leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting

experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to

communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and

clients. Ability to travel as needed.
