**How You’ll Shine**

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the front office, including support and training of the front office team. As the Front Office Manager, you will greet and welcome our guests and Owners to the hotel, provide hotel facilities and services information, advise on local attractions, activities, restaurants and ensure our guests’ holiday expectations are exceeded.

This role will see you responsible for the daily operations of the front desk and Guest Services Agents. Taking ownership and full responsibility for the check-in experience of Guests and Owners to the hotel. You will enhance the arrival and overall experience through superior customer service through creating personal and memorable moments, adding on our company vision of putting the world on vacation!

**What You’ll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will be:

+ A natural leader who can confidently make independent decisions, who has prior experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a Hotel

+ Flexible to work a 7 day week roster including night shift, weekends and holidays – you will be required to work late night shifts. (Front desk is open 24 hours /7 days a week)

+ Experience in leading a team, self motivated, results oriented and use initiative

+ Be a real ‘people person’ and genuinely enjoy getting to know people

+ Have a strong ability to build and develop positive relationships

+ Have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service

+ Hirum Experience is preferable

+ Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

+ Full manual drivers licence

+ First Aid certificate
