We are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join Autodesk s Customer Success Organization Finance (CSO Finance) team at Autodesk. This position reports directly to the Worldwide Finance Business Partner of Global Consulting Delivery and Customer Success Managers. This person will be the primary business partner to the Directors of Global Consulting Delivery and Customer Success Managers in APAC.
The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, while still focusing on the day-to-day financial details. This candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, yet still adhere to his/her fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization.
Your responsibilities supporting the Consulting Delivery business will include:
+ Supporting our Worldwide Global Consulting Delivery and Customer Success Manager s Finance Business Partner (FBP) to provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual billings, revenue and spend forecasts for our APAC consulting business
+ Recommending and implementing process improvements to achieve better results. Follow standards and ensure compliance with company policies
+ Helping to drive efficient, consistent systems and processes, leveraging best practices and benchmarking where possible
+ Identifying and escalating potential financial risks through regular review of key performance metrics and reports (margin analysis, non-billable hours, utilization, etc.)
+ Provide strategic and tactical support on annual capacity planning and budgeting cycle
+ Understand relationship and opportunities between services and product adoption for our Named Account customers
+ Analyzing and Reporting customer success metrics (token consumption) for our T-flex customers
+ Responsibility for deal reviews for consulting contracts
+ Providing Ad-hoc analysis for your business partners to help them understand the financial ramifications of potential decisions (e.g. capacity modeling, ROI, etc.)
+ Participating in cross-functional, intra-divisional, and/or global finance projects
+ Delivering a high standard of quality and accuracy
+ Bachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or CPA a plus
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis background
+ Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plus
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Hands on experience with financial software (e.g. Power BI, Business Objects, Qlikview, SAP BPC etc.)
+ Articulate and concise with strong communication skills
+ Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
+ Ambitious and ability to learn quickly
+ Strong team player with leadership potential
