seeking a number of high performers to join our ContingentWorkforce Transformation teamto take our business and client
business to the next level of success. This consulting role is offered on a
flexible full-time basis.

**Your keyresponsibilities**

In your role you will:

+ Createinnovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fitproject needs;

+ Buildclient networks and relationships

+ Useyour knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meetclient needs

+ Workon challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries

+ Leverageyour previous payroll experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purposeanalysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentationsand other project deliverables

+ Workas part of an experienced team that will give you direct access totalented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development

We are currently looking for people with experience in:

+ EitherConsulting or client-side experience in the design, delivery andoptimisation of Contingent Worker solutions

+ Trackrecord in end to end implementations using technologies such as SAPFieldglass, Beeline or other Vendor Management Systems

+ ContingentWorker systems and process design, systems implementation andeffectiveness reviews

**Skillsand attributes for success**

+ A relevantDegree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, or InformationSystems

+ Considerableexperience in designing, implementing and optimising Contingent Workersystems

+ Understandingof Contingent Worker related business challenges and how to improvepeople and business operations

+ Consultingexperience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at alllevels and facilitate client discussions and workshops

**Ideally,you’ll also have**

+ Experiencewriting winning points of view or presentations

+ Experienceleading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performingteams

+ Excellentstandard of oral and written communication

+ Curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo
