rhi is taking Expressions of Interest for engaging Customer Service Representatives. You will be working in an inbound call center with Product Knowledge being key.
This role will see you ensuring continuous effortless customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service support while understanding the wants and needs of each customer. + Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls relating to customer complaints and customer issues and dealing with them from start to finish
+ You will provide a high level of customer service on each call, maintaining professionalism, empathy, attention to detail and a solution-oriented focus
+ Outstanding Strong Product knowledge for new Loyalty members (training provided)
+ Ensure account profile information is up to date
+ Assist in dispute and 1st call issue resolution
+ Using different systems correctly and proficiently.
+ Ensuring Quality and Assurance is of the highest standard
+ Perform specialised customer service-related assignments
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in an inbound customer service environment dealing with high volume calls
+ You MUST have previous Contact Centre experience
+ Resilient, Energized and Positive outlook – shinning in what you do!
+ Willingness to learn new skills and strong attention to detail
+ Experience in conflict resolution, dealing with customer enquires or complaints
+ Strong skills with CRM’s, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and are Tech Savvy
+ Excellent ability to problem solves in different customer-related scenarios
+ Bright bubbly personality
