Document Management Specialist
KBR are excited to announce that we have recently won 2 major projects in Sydney and we are expanding our Document Management team. We are looking for experienced Document Management Specialists who are motivated by a challenge and looking to take the next step in their career.

+ Update and maintain KBR’s document management systems
+ Check, validate and verify all documentation, including, correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility
+ Process and record incoming and outgoing vendor data & engineering design drawings
+ Liaise with project management teams, clients and sub-consultants to resolve any issues relating to documentation
+ Prepare a variety of reports including weekly reports for project managers and progress reports
+ Ensure implementation and compliance of project policies and processes
+ Manage the document flow to and from all necessary parties
+ Ensure projects are supported to the highest industry and quality standards
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Document Management role
+ Specific experience in Document Management software – InEight/TeamBinder, Aconex and Documentum
+ Proven history contributing to a team effort in project environments
+ Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and programs
+ Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own workload
+ Tenacious and hardworking attitude
+ Working within an ISO9001 quality management system, using contemporary document management practices
