We are looking for a talented Director, Training & Enablement responsible for shaping the enablement strategy and helping drive Pega growth throughout the eco-system. This is a unique opportunity to inspire and further fuel Pega’s ecosystem growth. As Director of Training & Enablement, you will be working collaboratively with Pega sales leadership teams to build and execute comprehensive technical enablement plans to drive Pega & partner go-to-market.
What You’ll Do at Pega:
+ Partner with the sales community to drive the sale of developer enablement to the Pega customer base via in person / virtual meetings
+ Recruit new universities to utilize the Pega’s University Program to grow the overall Pega Ecosystem using a prescribed university journey path to ensure all aspects of a university interaction and relationship are covered – info-sessions, Career Services, Social Media teams and guest lecturers
+ Support and provide oversight of Pega’s Authorized Trainingand support the business relationship with current and new universities and authorized training partners
+ Work with Partner Technical Enablement as well as Strategic Alliance Executives to increase eco-system capability for global implementations
+ Identify the content gaps between the content created the content market is demanding. Identify opportunities for new innovative ILT and blended training courses to meet the requirements of the ecosystem
+ Manage the instructor team- provide guidance, direction and career development. Insure instructor capability by evaluating and driving ongoing skills development and cross training
Who You Are:
Are you a hands-on leader who is passionate about driving sales engagement with partners? Do you enjoy working with channel business development and sales leaders? Do you have the experience delivering enablement plans that drive commercial success? If so, we are looking for you!
+ 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software industry
+ 12+ years of proven successful sales and software enablement curriculum development within university level institutions
+ 3+ years experience working with global alliances on sales and enablement programs
+ Experience working closely with senior partner executives
+ Previous sales/technical sales experience is a plus
What You’ve Accomplished:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
+ Deep understanding of partner go-to-market model
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Strong organizational and program management skills
+ Ability to prioritize and focus on high impact initiatives to deliver outcomes
