**Your key responsibilities**
+ Be a part of one of oursuccessful delivery teams and get an opportunity to move into a moreconsultative role working across various data environments and helping ourclients solve their business problems with data
+ Be responsible for creatingrequirement specifications, analysing requirements, creating visual models,facilitating elicitation sessions and digging around in the data when needed
+ create data design and integration flows to move the datafrom legacy system, add transformation logic areas and present it in therequired formats through harmonized objects that can receive inputs frommultiple policy and claims systems
+ Haveknowledge and experience of all phases of software development includingrequirements analysis, design, coding, testing, defect management
+ Haveexperience in business intelligence, data warehousing or advanced analyticsprojects
**Skills and attributes forsuccess**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ A degree in IT, computerscience or engineering
+ SQL skills / dataanalysis skills
+ ETL skills
+ Demonstrated businessanalysis experience
+ Data visualisationexperience
+ BI reporting tools such asTableau or Qlikview
+ Knowledge and experience ofall phases of software development (including requirements analysis, design,coding, testing, defect management)
+ Exposure to businessintelligence, data warehousing or advanced analytics projects
+ Eager to contribute in ateam-oriented environment
+ Able to work creatively andanalytically in a problem-solving environment
+ Strong communicator(verbally and in writing)
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
+ Experience in engaging withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Strong consulting experienceand background, including engaging directly with clients
+ Experience in a delivery roleon Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data or analytics projects
