Job Description:
Celanese, a global technology and specialty materials company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level.
As a Customer Success Manager at Celanese, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have and working closely with internal teams to provide solutions. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide timely solutions- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Track and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Work with the sales team to renew customer contracts and negotiate terms as necessary
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- At least 6 years of experience in a customer success or account management role- Independent and dedicated personality traits- Strong project management and teamwork skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
