Position overview:

We are hiring for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated?marketer specialising in customer experience and customer retention marketing. This role will be based in our Melbourne HQ. Your focus area will be driving global customer experience marketing initiatives and programs from APAC. You will work chiefly within the marketing team and also across business units with the Customer Success and Services support teams, as well as the Product team for in-app marketing.

What you?ll do:

+ Develop and execute upon a global customer engagement plan in conjunction with Product for in-product marketing

+ Roll out global campaigns targeted toward existing customers to educate, add value and source upsell/cross-sell opportunities

+ Manage content production for customer-facing content, including onboarding, product education and other value-add assets

+ Create and oversee a multi-channel customer communications plan for product updates, announcements, insights and product launches

+ Maintain a calendar for customer-facing events, webinars, communications, and initiatives

+ Launch a customer advocacy and referral program

+ Improve on an integrated customer experience journey, with a focus on the customer lifecycle from onboarding, renewals to growth into existing customer accounts

+ Develop initiatives aimed toward growing and enriching the existing customer databases

+ Manage the global Customer Advisory Board program and roll out, and other initiatives related to voice of the customer and an outside-in approach

+ Report on the performance of customer campaigns, programs, and initiatives

Requirements are:

+ 10+ years? marketing experience or equivalent, preferably B2B marketing in the tech industry

+ 3+ years with direct start up experience for a Public global Saas Company

+ Experience working in all regional markets LiveTiles is located in APAC, EMEA, and North America

+ Proficiency in Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Eventbrite, Aha!, Asana, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams

+ Experienced managing marketing budgets of at least 150K

+ + Background in LiveTiles product

+ Experienced researching, evaluating, and negotiating MarTech subscriptions, from implementation through to platform ROI

+ Experienced owning relationships with partner accounts and alliances

+ Proven track record of exceeding marketing pipeline contribution targets

Salary range: $108,400 AUD to $135,500 AUD
