We are currently seeking a **Client Manager** to be the key contact for our General Insurance clients for the Carrier market in the Sydney CBD. You will be working across all product lines including: Personal Accident, Travel, Motor & Property, Liability and Professional Indemnity
The **Client Manager** will play a key role in providing effective and ongoing relationship management for our GI accounts, with a focus on customer service and innovative solutions delivering effective change.
+ Liaise with other GB departments to ensure relationships are strong and maintained to support the delivery of service.
+ Support the sales and marketing team with business process and joined up planning with clients
+ Support the identification, development and implementation of new products ensuring GB clients benefit from a continuously evolving service offering.
+ Promotes positive working relationships with GB business units and to be a key liaison between all parties
+ Collaborate with Sales colleagues and key business leaders regarding client retention and cross selling opportunities.
+ Participate as required on business tenders, proposals and new opportunities.
+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and a better client journey.
**About the Client Manager**
You’ll have an absolute minimum of 6 years’ experience within an Insurance/General insurance environment and demonstrated Account/Client Manager Experience.
With the ability to think differently, you’ll possess the drive and passion we have here at GB as well as having experience within market-facing, multiproduct environments.
Along with business account management experience in an insurance environment, you will have excellent customer service skills, an engaging communication style, with conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
