What you’ll do
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and be part of the People & Culture team in a HR Systems role. Known internally as the People & Culture Systems Administrator your will be the Chris21 champion of the organisation.
You will be responsible for
+ processing new starter information into Chris 21 and also our Time & Attendance software
+ processing employee changes to current staff in our systems
+ processing terminations in our systems
+ preparing and analysing regular and monthly HR reports
+ act as the main contact for system queries
+ working with the People & Culture team with various projects.
What you’ll need
+ Extensive Chris21 knowledge and experience essential
+ Experience in Chris 21 reporting
+ Experience in Human Force – Time & Attendance software highly desirable
+ Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
+ The ability to deal sensitively with confidential information
+ Be comfortable in getting in and learning new systems and process…fast
+ Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational skills, enabling you to juggle competing priorities (and meet deadlines)
+ Intermediate experience in the Microsoft office suite
+ A “Can do approach” and a strong sense of commitment towards work
+ A current paid Working with Children Check
+ A cover letter, addressing the ‘what you will need’
