We are hiring immediately a Business Development Manager - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this position is to develop and grow the Energy Services business within Aggreko and to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
+ Growing revenue through the capture of greenfield and brownfield opportunities.
+ Maintaining up to date knowledge of the electricity industry including potential customers, competitors, and product offerings.
+ Managing responses to tenders
+ Preparations of proposals and presentations for customers
+ Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of external and internal stakeholders
+ Assist with developing the pricing and contracting strategies for new opportunities.
+ Analyse the benefits and disadvantages of various options for individual opportunities.
Person Specification/Job Requirements
+ Strong commercial acumen and ability to derive ideas for potential Renewables opportunities.
+ Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
+ Ability to negotiate key commercial terms with customers.
+ Strong understanding of the power generation market.
+ Demonstrated commercial and business focus including a strong understanding of the cost drivers of power generation.
+ Be proficient in all areas of Health & Safety
