**Job Purpose and Scope:**

Working alongside the SIP Leadership team to support the successful tactical implementation of Pharmacy Programs and Cross-TA Campaigns to achieve positive business outcomes. Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of a national pharmacy program for the Strategic Initiatives and Pharmacy Business Unit. Delivering Pharmacy national event objectives whilst ensuring consistency with business unit strategy, behaviours and individual goals. Responsible for the maintenance of the Pharmacy infield team materials approval management and upload to CRM systems, including ensuring that TA digital and physical assets materials developed, approved & deployed within the Abbvie Systems.

**Core Job Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the planning and implementation of core programs in-line with pre-determined strategic objectives.

+ Provide Support to National pharmacy program and campaigns with identified banner groups, wholesalers and pharmacies. Including ensuring that appropriate contracts, compliance requirements, budget adherence and timeline management are in place.

+ Lead the co-ordination of National and state-based events, including Pharmacy Congress, Symposiums and Meetings including meeting management, contracts, kogistics and budget and timeline co-ordination.

+ Co-ordination of the CRM interface for the Pharmacy Account Management Team including uploading of Messages, Materials and Vmail information on a quarterly basis.

+ Assist in campaign and event training for the sales force

+ Support TA brand teams in the development, medico-legal approval and deployment to CRM of campaign materials and digital assets.

+ Work with the BU Manger to ensure assigned programs and campaigns adhere to budgets, expenditure allocation.

+ Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal / compliance requirements and ethical standards.

+ Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.


**Knowledge / Education Required:**

+ Knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry

+ Good knowledge of computer-based programs including spreadsheets (Salesforce preferable)

+ Experience in monitoring the programs/projects and managing electronic records

+ Understanding of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and all relevant Privacy Laws

+ Knowledge of CRM systems principles (preferable)

**Experience Required:**

+ Minimum 2 years’ healthcare sales/marketing/ project management experience

+ Demonstrated experience in coordinating the delivery of multiple projects or events

+ Experience in the Retail Pharmacy/Immunology market (preferable)

+ Recent direct work experience in project management/marketing or events capacity
