REPORTS TO: APAC Sales & Operations Director

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Control4 is a market leading smart home automation company looking for a new sales team member to cover Singapore & Middle Asia. This road warrior role involves interacting with existing dealers and helping them grow their business and working to identify/onboard new dealers.

ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

+ Achieve Quarterly and Annual sales levels.

+ Develop relationships with potential dealers including cold calling, telemarketing, setting appointments, etc.

+ Dealer Visits with a purpose to educate, sell and support dealer efforts and to discover opportunities for growth.

+ Dealer Phone Calls with the purpose to create value for the dealer through education, design and information.

+ Onboard new dealers

+ Manage the dealer distribution

+ Drive dealer revenue growth.

+ Attend trade shows both regionally and nationally.

+ Act as onsite support for existing dealers as needed.

+ Help train dealers and staff on all aspects of Control4 products.

+ Other duties as assigned.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

+ Strong problem solving and mediation skills.

+ Strong tech and industry background.

+ Territory sales knowledge.

+ Strong verbal and written communications skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook business software.

+ Technical knowledge about networking, automation, control, audio/video, HVAC, security and surveillance systems.

+ System design

+ Strong organizational

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
