+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of general administrative experience.
+ Experience in an administrative role working in a technology and/or international environment.
+ Must have work authorization in Australia.
+ Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling/booking and budgeting of events.
+ Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
+ Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholders.
+ Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
+ Effective organizational skills with an attention to detail.
