An interesting and challenging position in Sydney as an Administrative/Executive Assistant to the Equities Research Department. The role involves working with a number of equity research analysts across various teams to support the daily business in a global and dynamic environment within Credit Suisse Australian Equities.

Key responsibilities include:

* You will support the equities research teams in meeting the day-to-day servicing and administrative needs of clients and the business

* You will be responsible for the efficient support in all organizational and administrative tasks including travel and logistics management, ordering stationery, and general office admin duties as required

* You will assist in expense preparation and management, including completion of monthly team expense preparation and follow-ups, Amex statement reconciliation, invoice processing and submission

* You will assist in managing, maintaining and updating client databases, including new and existing client details, and preparation of client reporting as necessary

* You will assist with certain internal and external client and partnership events

* Your interaction with management and their assistants and therewith the opportunity to grow your internal and external network

* You have a consistent track record in the role of an Administrative/Executive Assistant and are used to supporting various people across teams in a busy, professional environment.

* Your experience in financial services/ banking sector and/or international business environment is useful but not a prerequisite

* You have a precise and efficient work approach as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the flexibility to adapt to short-term changes in scheduling and planning

* You have strong time management skills; able to multi-task and prioritize in a time sensitive environment

* You have strong problem solving skills

* You are a dedicated team player

* You have good attention to detail

* Your high motivation enables you to cope with pressure, and you are able to work and deliver simultaneously on a variety of tasks

* You are highly customer oriented, and show very good interpersonal skills and integrity

* You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

* You are diligent, careful and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* You are competent in MS-Office, incl. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel

* You combine a dedicated and hardworking personality with very good communication skills and a deep sense of confidentiality

* Your proficiency in English is a prerequisite, any further language skills are an additional advantage
