Autodesk is currently hiring a Account Based Marketing Manager who is accountable for the successful deployment of thematic digital campaigns, channel amplification, and sales cadence communications to drive engagement and pipeline within a select set of accounts in (Architecture and Engineering or Design and Manufacturing).

As a Account Based Marketing Manager for the Business Strategy and Marketing team within Global Demand Generation, you will be responsible for scoping and coordinating marketing and sales collaboration to a portfolio of accounts in (Architecture and Engineering or Design and Manufacturing). You will partner with sales managers to help ensure that sales representatives know how and where to prioritize their effort and attention. You will have ultimate responsibility for account engagement and demand that translates to portfolio pipeline. You will evaluate reporting and work other functional groups to prioritize effort and marketing spend to deliver business growth. And you will have many collaborators to help deliver against these goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate with campaign development teams and other collaborators on the selection and execution of appropriate thematic digital engagement campaigns to target clusters of accounts within the overall portfolio of (Architecture and Engineering; or Design and Manufacturing) focus accounts in Australia and New Zealand.

+ Collaborate with content teams and channel marketing managers to ensure the amplification of the cluster campaigns by focus channel partners to maximize impact within their local coverage areas, including through Autodesk-funded events

+ Ensure the full adoption, utilization, and optimization of sales cadence communications by Inside Sales collaborators to compliment targeted marketing campaigns and to develop opportunities within focus (Architecture and Engineering or Design and Manufacturing) accounts

+ Provide ongoing reporting, analysis, and action plan recommendations to your leadership and your Inside Sales team

+ Contribute to quarterly reports on account-based marketing performance for key stakeholders and the demand generation leadership team

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Proven track record and 5 years of experience in demand generation marketing or equivalent

+ Experience with data-driven decision making and campaign optimization

+ Deliberative, detail-oriented nature

+ Team player and strong communicator

+ Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll up your sleeves

+ Enthusiastic approach to stakeholder engagement and translating their needs to actionable marketing plans

+ Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Economics, Finance or a related field)

+ Able to travel up to 10%

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Demonstrate understanding and capability to leverage analytics tools like Microsoft PowerBI, Qlikview, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau or similar to drive actionable insights

+ Experience working with Salesforce.com, Marketo or other leading CRM and marketing automation tools

+ Self-starter: Can take a big idea or a complex problem, mine data to create insights, and use those insights to establish a point-of-view on the idea/problem

+ Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
