We are looking for a People Advisory Service professional who will be responsible for tax related accounting and compliance responsibilities and developing a High Performing Team across the business. This individual must be able to work independently in a fast‐paced, dynamic team environment where attention to detail, ownership, analytical skills, strong communication and leadership skills are essential. The primary role of an experience professional is to assess information and ensure the tax return cycle is accurate while helping Seniors/ Managers manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe.

Client responsibilities

– Good grasp of baseline tax technical issues and processes relevant to Individual Income Taxation. – Prepare / Review complex tax returns. Consistently provide high quality work – Demonstrate ability working with under complex formal process and tax technology background – Proven ability to supervise, review, counsel, develop and delegate to Tax Analysts – Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns – Maintain collaborative relationships with EY colleagues – Assist Seniors and Managers on special projects, as requested – Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions – Demonstrate professionalism within all interactions – Manage financial and economics aspect of the business’s tax‐related engagements from end to end – Motivate, inspire and coach Tax Analysts – Mentor new members of the team – Adhere to the code of conduct of the company. Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations. – Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices – Contribute actively to creating a high performing team

Qualifications ‐ Internal

Skills requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or Master’s in Tax is a plus – 3 years of international tax accounting experience – Good grasp of baseline tax technical issues and processes relevant to individual income taxation – Demonstrate an understanding of complex technical issues: Argentinian or any other country Individual income tax regulation, experience working with expatriate tax related services, Income tax treaties, social security agreements.
