The Senior Recruiter will engage in strategic recruitment to assist with proactively sourcing and screening top talent in Argentina and North America for all Business Units and job levels across Frost & Sullivan, under the direction of the Global Vice President of Human Resources.

+ Collaborate with the hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements
+ Utilize necessary means to recruit such as sourcing, cold calling, online and internal database search, social media, advertising, job fairs, media and other measures as needed
+ Responsible for pre-screening and/or interviewing employees to determine level of interest, availability, and basic qualifications
+ Coordinate interviews, setting up, testing and referring of applicants
+ Recommend candidates to hiring managers based off evaluation of factors such as job experience, skills, fit, education, potential, etc.
+ Analyze information provided on a prospective employee’s application form prior to conducting interview
+ Provide reports that will track recruitment activity (time-to-fill, open requisitions, candidate pipeline, etc.)
+ Utilize tools to build and maintain a candidate pipeline such as job boards, job fairs, social media, networking, etc.
+ Provide prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers
+ Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of past recruiting experience in a corporate environment with a focus on sales or call-center
+ Bilingual in Spanish & English required
+ Experience recruiting and sourcing at all job levels
+ Extensive knowledge of HR policy, procedure, laws regarding employment practices
+ Proficiency using applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, etc.
+ Ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Annual base salary plus bonus opportunity
+ Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (flexible work schedule options available)
