**EY Technology** supports our technology needs through three business units:

**ClientTechnology (CT) -** focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It
enables EY to identify new
technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more

**EnterpriseWorkplace Technology (EWT) –** EWT
supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose
technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services.
EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better
user experience.

**InformationSecurity (Info Sec) -** Info Sec
prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client
data, and our information management systems.

The Security Analyst is responsible for data entries in EY Technology Resourcing databases.

+ Ensure resource data in internal databases are updated

+ Work with Business and Resource Management team to support reporting and review activities related to resource management.

+ Work with Business and Resource Management team to drive data accuracy

+ Identify and deliver actions to improve data quality based on monitoring and reporting activities and management information

+ Properly mapping employees to corresponding SMUs in EY Technology

+ Understand the pipeline of resource demand

+ Building a good understanding of the skills of the resource pool

+ managing resource planning process – building a deep understanding of resource supply

+ Work with Vendor Management in matter of external resource sourcing process – ensure external resources are being onboarded as per internal approval process.The Data Analyst in will interface closely with Service Delivery Leaders, Managers and Team Leads, Project Managers and other key stakeholders within IT Services

+ Build network of relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and process users

+ Manage view of resource supply of available resources

+ Support the development and maintenance of accurate resource supply data

+ Develop staffing mix and drive management of capacity to meet the forecast demand aligned to mix

+ Work closely with external Sourcing Team to provide seamless resource planning service

+ Drive and manage resolution of resourcing conflicts

+ Identify and implement resourcing process improvement
