Frost & Sullivan’s North American Events Division is expanding our team into Argentina seeking two Sales Team Leaders to startup two new sales teams. They should be dynamic self-motivated and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to create strong relationships with key clients, while possessing the self-motivation, drive, and determination to generate new business opportunities within the target markets. Additionally, each Sales Team Leader will be responsible for hiring, training and supporting a sales team. We expect this position to lead by example and will have both a personal and team target. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global events sales team, pitching effectively to clients in North America.

What are you selling?

+ Leadership Council Memberships (365 day engagement whereby business executives collaborate through virtual and in-person programs)

+ Individual seats to Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange Events

+ Manage personal sales book and achieve personal sales targets, leading the sales team by direct example

+ Driving business into your team’s account books through effective training and strategy

+ Conducting appropriate sales meetings and coaching sessions on a weekly basis with the sales team

+ Sales Team book management. Drive team to where at least 80% of your sales team is always on target.

+ Perform weekly 30/60/90 day sales pipeline reviews with team

+ Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated professional experience in consultative sales and/or business development with 2 year of sales department management experience

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Bilingual in Spanish & English required

+ Strong leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.

+ Technical proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, sales tracking and customer relationship management software.

+ Ability to think and plan strategically, plan, manage and act to achieve outcomes.

+ Ability to work under deadline pressure and meet targets.

+ Ability to develop relationships and interact with customers and colleagues at all levels

+ Annual base salary plus commission plan

+ Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (flexible work schedule options available)
