At Headway we have a incredibly multicultural and friendly team, who has proven itself as a major player in the advertising industry. To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, our DataXpand division is looking for an new Sales Manager for the Dtaxpand team.
It will be his/her mission: Develop and execute DataXpand Sales Plan, own and hit/exceed annual sales targets, expand DataXpand?s customer base. Manage Sales Team. Provide main Clients with top quality service, interact with all Company?s Business Units to push the Data usage & solutions.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
+ Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
+ Understand the competitive landscape and market trends, help developing offering based on those trends & needs.
+ Understand and effectively communicate the company’s value prop, tech, process and current partnerships.
+ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
+ Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
+ Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Manage Sales Team and develop team talents.
