Facebook is seeking an experienced leader to help develop and expand the Politics & Government Outreach program across Argentina. This role will serve as one of Facebook’s liaisons with political figures and their teams, focusing on connecting influencers to the global community in innovative ways. While this position will work globally, most of its focus will be on Argentina. As part of LatAm’s Policy Programs and Government Outreach team, this position will help governments and politicians to best use Facebook to connect with their constituents. This position is based in Buenos Aires

**Required Skills:**

1. Manage implementation and optimization of training on how to use Facebook for governments, politicians and civil society organizations

2. Be an external representative/expert for Facebook in the international politics and government space

3. Work with internal cross-functional teams to build high-impact programs

4. Collaborate with partners to develop innovative and high-impact social integrations

5. Assist in building and creating collateral on how to use Facebook for government and politics as well as best practices

6. Be an internal advocate within Facebook for partners, including with product teams

7. Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to Facebook use amongst governments and politicians

8. Field operational requests and queries from our stakeholders

**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance

10. Fluency in English and Spanish is required

11. 10 + years work experience, with focus on building and implementing digital initiatives and partnerships in the political space such as campaigns, political committees, media organizations or political organizations

12. Strong skills in project management, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline

13. Highly professional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Facebook

14. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

15. Ability to work effectively and swiftly with all levels of management, both internally and externally

16. Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

17. Knowledge on how the political world intersects with technology and online communications platforms
