**EY Technology** supports
our technology needs through three service lines:
+ **ClientTechnology (CT) -** focuses on developing new technology services for ourclients and clientfacing Service Lines. It enables EY toidentify new technology-based opportunities faster, andpursue those opportunities more rapidly.
+ **EnterpriseTechnology (ET) –** ETsupports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fitfor-purposetechnology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services.ET will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better userexperience.
+ **InformationSecurity (Info Sec) -** Info Secprevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and clientdata, and our information management systems. **What are you going to do?** The EY Technology Operations Support Analyst role has the responsibilityof assisting the GDS EYT Location Leader in the administration of thetechnology Service Line of GDS Argentina. This professional will help to managethe IT services teams based in the location, support and facilitate theoperations to ensure that all teams can perform within the expected results andtimelines, infrastructure is provided properly to perform their functions andday to day logistic issues are resolved in a timely manner.This role works closely with the Shared Services Center EYT Service LineLocation Leader and frecuently interacts with the functional leaders, PeopleManagers and Coordinators and the different operations teams (Finance, Talent,BMC, Facilities, IT Support, etc.) in order to execute his/her mainresponsibilities:
+ Compile andupdate all necessary information to build meetings agenda based on predefinedgoals, take notes of the main topics discussed during the meetings and followup the completion of the action items agreed with each of the responsibles.
+ Interactwith the different Operations teams (Finance, Talent, Recruiting, etc) in orderto maintain all Service Line master data updated (employees division numbers,counsellors, supervisors, people managers, team names, etc.). Reconcile reportson a regular basis and correct any missing data or error found.
+ Interactwith the Recruiting and Talent teams to gather information or help resolve anyrecruitment related issues. Update and maintain all recruitment related reportsthat will be presented to the leaders.
+ Facilitateon-boarding of new staff. Work with Local IT Support to ensure all hardware isready on time and coordinate with the local teams’ People Managers/Coordinatorsthat a work space is assigned to the new joiners. Track and maintain allnecessary records.
+ Welcome newjoiners showing them the facilities and introducing them to their newcounselors and/or local leaders.
+ Control andmonitor employee’s compliance with local policies and regulations: work fromhome schemas, absence control, sick leaves, medical certificates, speciallicenses, vacation requests, overtime approval, on call schedules, expenses,etc.
+ Metrics& Reporting: produce and update the main business reports used to measurethe most relavant key performance indicators of the service line.
+ Assist withthe coordination of training courses required and monitor attendance orcompletion of manadary learnings.
+ Identifyareas of improvement in the processes of the area and propose ideas to solveissues and work more efficiently.
+ Maintainthe Service Line Sharepoint web site updated with the latest content and manageits Yammer group, email account and other communications.
+ Interactwith BMC in the organization of different events related to the Service Line.
+ Be involvedin the Business Continuity and the Disaster Recovery Plans for the location.
+ Workclosely with ‘Guest Relations’/’Mobility’ to ensure that business visits ofglobal leadersare efficiently handled andproductive.
**What do we need from you?**
+ Ability tocollaborate across functional teams, cultures and geographies; build trustvirtually.
+ Strongability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish – includes verbal,written and presentation skills.
+ Knowledgeof project management methodology, tools and templates (includes projectplanning, schedule development, scopemanagement and cost management).
+ Analyticsand reporting (Power BI or other similar tools).
+ Customerrelationship and people management skills.
+ Flexibilityto work outside typical hours.
+ Detailsoriented, ability to work under pressure and results driven.
+ Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalentwork experience.
+ AdvancedOffice skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Fluent inboth English and Spanish – verbal, written.
+ Experiencein a large corporate IT environment will be desired.
