**Job Overview/Summary**

Asegura la disponibilidad de todos los equipos de las líneas de envasado a su cargo (instalaciones y máquinas) y los procesos de operación y gestión para entregar en cantidad y calidad el producto requerido al costo presupuestado bajo las pautas de seguridad y medio ambiente. Genera, implementa y mejora los estándares, fomenta el trabajo y espíritu de equipo

**Key Responsibilities**

Asegurar la disponibilidad de todos los equipos de las líneas de envasado a su cargo, implementando los procesos para que operen al máximo de eficiencia alcanzable, para lograr la producción requerida con calidad y seguridad

Fomentar la cultura de mejora continua, entrenando y calificando al personal en los procesos de manufactura.

Conoce, cumple y hace cumplir los estándares y procedimientos (Normas HS&E, Calidad) Soportar la implementación de pruebas y proyectos en las líneas a cargo.

**Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required**

Se requieren 2 años de experiencia en plantas industriales en puestos de mejora o supervisión.

Herramientas de mejora continua, WCO/TPM, inglés.

Muy buenas habilidades interpersonales para el trabajo en equipo, proactividad

**Required Education**

Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma, or Equivalent: Industrial Engineering (Required)
