Buenos Aires office was opened on 1998 and since then has been growing year over year proving all the services within Argentina. It is one of the most important offices in LATAM and many Regional positions are based in the branch.
Scope of Position:
+ To proactively provide daily and consistent support to CHB Brokers helping to reach the highest standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
+ Prepare the customs clearance in the way that customs requests to be presented
+ Coordinate with seaport and fiscal warehouses shipment movements
+ Set customs filed operations schedules at seaport, airport, free trade zones, etc
+ Arrange deliveries to customer facilities in accordance to their expectation
+ Manage files (non customs clearance) at customs and 3rd party organism
+ Create, entry and follow up 3rd party interventions required to Import and Export
+ Follow up temporal admittance expiration up to cancelation
+ Manage export benefits up to it is retrieved by customer
+ Send to e.doc all custom receipts and other dox involved in process on time
+ Bill CHB charges on time focused on integrity to avoid credit notes
+ Supervise runners task
+ Ensure familiarity with Customs and 3rd party organism compliance regulations
+ Generate periodic reports in order to inform the current situation of each tasks
Experience and Education Required
+ College degree.
+ Strong analytical ability
+ Proficiency in the following software products:
+ MS Office – Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
+ Customer Service skills
+ Knowledge of CFIT and Expeditors’ CHB applications
+ Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks to completion simultaneously
+ Knowledge of Operational Process Standards desk procedures.
+ English knowledge: Basic/Intermediate level.
