**Job Purpose**

Supervise and audit all the process and operations in the Externals Logistic Operators. Control and make the requisitions in SAP to pay to the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Operators for the services provided. Also control and guarantee the Quality and food safety process in the 3rd Party Logistic installations and work in a CIP (continuous improvement process) and synergies with the 3PL and Mars Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Audit the procedures to ensure compliance with the procedure established by Mars for all the operations. Suggest adjustments to improve efficiency.

+ Responsible to reach the Customer Service Levels in the 3PL such as Fill Rate, On Time, Damages, stock FEFO turnaround suggested by SAP.

+ Work in a collaborative way to found inefficiencies in the process and improve it.

+ Align, develop and track with the 3PL vendor the KPI for the department such as: IRA (inventory Accuracy), Productivity, Warehouse occupation, Pallet Stocks, damages, shortages, % Picking per customer, # of Trucks load per shift, etc.

+ Work very close with the Customer Service Analyst to find our customers’ needs and implement the necessary changes in the 3PL Warehouse to satisfy our customers.

+ Coordinate the operation with the other warehouses.

**Job Specifications/Qualifications**

+ **Education & Professional Qualification:** Professional degree in Engineering or in process: Food, Industrial, others.

+ **Knowledge/Experience:** **2 years Logistic, preference with Logistic Operators.**

**Key Functional Competencies & Technical Skills**

+ SAP Experience (desirable)

+ English advanced (required)

+ Negotiation Skills

+ Excel advanced – PC Office
