**We’re seeking a Manager, Project Managementbased in our Pune, India office.** The
Project Manager will be responsible for the
Program Management process that encourages stakeholder involvement,
feedback, objective metrics and effective controls. Program Manager will
facilitate and lead the activities and personnel involved in the implementation
and completion of these complex projects. Projects must meet identified
business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills,
within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

+ Goodunderstanding of Agile process (Scrum Framework, Lean and Scaled AgileFramework)

+ Develop,track and manage project milestones, project plans, timelines and scope

+ Facilitateidentification of timelines, dashboards, success metrics, and financialscorecards for each initiative

+ Manageproject resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating,coaching and advising

+ Partnerclosely with other members of functional project teams to define businessrequirements

+ Leadteams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions thatmeet business needs

+ Definetest plans and ensure that products are defect free before User AcceptanceTesting

+ Facilitatethe User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures

+ Ensureappropriate systems development and project management processes are beingutilized

+ Provideexpert advice and coaching to leads and teams to ensure best-practice execution

+ Createa measurement system and/or tool to assess awareness, understanding, buy-in andsupport of change management activities

+ Makereports and presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

**What you will need to succeed:**

+ Bachelor’sdegree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering orrelated field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred

+ Agile, PMPand CSM certifications

+ Strongknowledge of Agile and agile transformation

+ We arelooking for 10+ years of experience out of which: 8+ years proven projectmanagement experience

+ Peoplemanagement and team building skills

+ Demonstratedability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changingenvironment and to manage
