We are looking for a strong GTM leader for the country in the Application business who will support the Application field leadership in the country to organise and invest in the core sectors and build a sustainable growth in the region. The selected candidate will become the strategic advisor to the Sales leadership, and the trusted coordinator of Demand Generation functions so to design and execute the most suitable go to market.
Key Responsibilities:KPI: Country SaaS Pipeline Development (Creation, Coverage, Conversion)
Be the primary POC for Apps Country Lead for Demand Generation
Lead the Account Based Marketing program in support of the Applications Large Deals programs
Participate to the Country Dem Gen Board
Work with Field Marketing and assigned DDG to develop and execute pipe strategies
Drive GTM interlock with the country Sales Leadership
Execute the country GTM plan supported by the Regional GTM Pillar Lead
Lead Country GTM communication process (e.g. periodic update)
Lead assessment of country specific enablement needs
Desired Qualifications: Expertise in Indian Application market, especially back office applications market
Domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain and/or HR
Business acumen and results orientation
Customer credibility
Previous management experience
International Experience
Executive presence and senior stakeholders management experience
Ability to work in Matrix organization
Experience in Conflict management
Ability to travel within the country and occasionally internationally
Above average budget management skills
