About Job Assume responsibility for all Electrical & Mechanical services with assuring that all assets are maintained well, Responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following Assistance head of department in all decisions related to the hard service department giving exquisite technical recommendations at all times. Help in scheduling the department budget in alignment with the FM at all times Help in structuring the technicians roles and JDs Leading all new projects inside the mall with close monitoring all details through reports. Help on planning and scheduling projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports. Implement and support on any electrical modifications, new extensions and amendments with the full studying to the conditions and requirements. Maintain knowledge of electrical materials in warehouse with solving all technical problems concerned with installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments. About You Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge Bachelor of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering supplemented by appropriate apprenticeship training programs. Minimum Experience Extensive electrical system maintenance supervisory experience on retail or hospitality field Minimum required experience 7-10 years. Knowledge of the standard practices, tools, terminology of the electrical trade, Medium and low voltage networks, Control circuits, electrical theory and safety hazards beside the ability to make repairs to complicated electrical wiring, fixtures & equipment with planning and supervising the work of subordinates in parallel of performing manual work over extended periods of time. Job-Specific Skills Knowledge of soft and computer skills with a good communication and customer focused perspective. Behavioural Competencies Managerial & Leadership aspect are required.
