**Asia Pacific Regional Director – Microsoft O365 FastTrack Program**

Our Customer Services and Support (CSS) team is on the front lines with our customers, Consumer and Enterprise, helping them get the most from their technology investments.

**Microsoft CSS FastTrack team is looking for a strategic business leader to** **own and drive O365 FastTrack delivery within Asia Pacific region. Microsoft’s FastTrack program (fasttrack.microsoft.com) helps customers move to the cloud with confidence.** This role will be a key regional leader in the company transformation as we accelerate the time needed for customers to realize the value of the Microsoft Cloud. The impact of this role will be driving consumption and usage of the Microsoft cloud technologies, and ensuring customers are getting the most from their solutions.

As the Asia Pacific regional leader of this business you will set strategy, drive execution to maintain customer and partner satisfaction while leveraging a large annual investment to mobilize customer obsessed teams. You will be responsible to deliver the customer onboarding experience for Microsoft 365 including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), Windows, and more. The leader will ensure our teams utilize the company’s immense IP and assets across partners, Microsoft Enterprise services teams, the Microsoft field sales organizations and product engineering teams.

**Responsibilities**

As the Asia Pacific regional leader of this business you will set strategy, drive execution to maintain customer and partner satisfaction while leveraging a large annual investment to mobilize customer obsessed teams. You will be responsible to deliver the customer onboarding experience for Microsoft 365 including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), Windows, and more. The leader will ensure our teams utilize the company’s immense IP and assets across partners, Microsoft Enterprise services teams, the Microsoft field sales organizations and product engineering teams.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer success, understand how to lead a global support engineering business, effectively build cross-organization partnerships and be an experienced global people leader of dispersed & virtual teams.

**Specific responsibilities will include:**

+ Full accountability of Asia-Pacific strategy, team, and customers

+ Influence global FastTrack strategy

+ Manage regional budget

+ Manager vendor strategy and contracts

+ Develop and execute regional FastTrack strategy aligned with global strategy

+ Lead certain matrixed global practices within FastTrack delivery

+ Attract, build, develop and lead a high performing team

+ Define, measure and report critical success indicators

+ Gather, analyze and communicate prioritized engineering investments to deliver on key business metrics and customer & partner experience

+ Develop, foster and maintain effective business relationships with engineering, sales, customer success, services, support, and partner teams to deliver key business metrics

+ Manage regional budget and continually drive increased effectiveness, leading to increased capacity to support customer success

**Qualifications**

**Successful Candidate Competencies:**

+ Industry experience with the Customer Success discipline

+ Experience managing and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support etc

+ Experience with SaaS and Cloud products/ platforms is preferred

+ Collaboration: exceptional collaborator on complex multi-faceted business challenges across multiple groups with varying priorities

+ Customer and Partner Focus: proven experience driving business impact based on a deep understanding of customer and partner needs

+ Cloud competency: Possess the knowledge and personal conviction to articulate why the cloud will be key to transformational industry change

+ Strong problem-solving ability, ranging from conceptualization to quantitative and modeling fluency

+ Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across senior executives, and across organizational boundaries

+ Ability to identify and scope business opportunities and guide supporting business case development

+ Self-driven, engaging leader with proven history of demonstrated and measurable business impact thru influence

+ Demonstrated ability to attract, build and lead a global service delivery team within a global organization

+ Data Driven: Exhibits strong data analysis skills, takes pride in making data-driven decisions. Ability to define and build the necessary tools to gather, track and measure key business data points.

+ Influencing Others: the ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear “ownership” of an issue.

+ Storytelling: demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted to partners and customers on an emotional level, delivering clear outcomes and a call to action

+ Applicants must be comfortable with ambiguity and have ability to create clarity

+ This role will some require Asia Pacific regional travel and occasional US travel.

+ Minimum experience of 14 yrs of professional service or customer success discipline.
